Place the rear of the car on stands. Place a jack under the lower spring seat on the control arm. Remove the suspension arm-to-body bolt. Remove the bolt securing the lever to the trunnion. Lower the jack and remove the lever together with the spring and gasket.
Before installing the suspension arm, install the spring spacer in the position that it occupied when removed. Using a jack, raise the lever assembly with the spring and gasket to its place and install the lever mounting bolts.
Lower the vehicle and tighten the nut of the suspension arm-to-body bolt to a torque of 7.0–9.0 kgf·m. and the nut of the bolt securing the lever to the trunnion with a torque of 6.0-7.0 kgf·m.
