Removal and installation of air spool actuator

Disconnect the negative cable from the battery, remove and clean the carburetor. Loosen the four screws and remove the circlip and air actuator diaphragm by disconnecting it from the air spool actuator lever.

Before installation, attach the lever to the diaphragm and install the diaphragm. Make sure the vacuum hole of the diaphragm is against the vacuum hole 4 (pic. 2.89) carburetor body and diaphragm body.



Install diaphragm housing. carburetor, air filter and connect the battery. Check idle speed and CO content in exhaust gases.
