Unscrew the four screws securing the main fuel jet housing, pull back the valve and separate the main fuel jet housing.
NOTE: Do not remove the dosing needle, if it is damaged, the carburetor must be replaced.
Remove the bypass valve from the accelerator pump outlet. Remove float and needle valve. Remove the protective cap and unscrew the quality adjusting screw. Unscrew the screws securing the cover of the pneumatic actuator of the valve, remove the cover, spring and spring seat. Remove the accelerator pump cover, return spring and diaphragm.
Thoroughly clean the carburetor parts and blow out the channels with compressed air. Rinse diaphragms with technical alcohol. Check the condition of the needle valve. float, diaphragms, main jet socket. Check the condition of the dosing needle and make sure that the nozzles are not worn. Check the setting of the dosing needle fixing spring. Install the diaphragm seal. accelerator pump diaphragm, return spring and cover. Connect the diaphragm control actuator and install the retaining ring. Install the diaphragm of the pneumatic actuator of the valve, aligning the hole in the diaphragm with the vacuum channel in the carburetor and the drive housing. Install spring and cap. Replace the quality screw, screw it in until it stops and back it out three turns for the initial adjustment of the carburetor. Install needle valve and float. Replace the accelerator pump ball valve and insert a weight into the hole.
Holding the valve in the open position. install a new gasket and the main fuel jet seat. Adjust the position of the valve relative to the carburetor body: the support flanges must be in contact with the plane of the carburetor connector. Install a new gasket and carburetor cover.
