Protective covers 6 provide sealing of the hinges. The shaft of the left wheel is shorter than the shaft of the right wheel and is made of a bar, the shaft of the right wheel is made of a larger diameter pipe to absorb vibrations. Right wheel drive length 642 mm, ∅ 43.0 mm. LH drive length 334 mm, ∅ 22.5 mm for sedans with GLA, GMA or GPA engines and ∅ 24.5 mm for all other models. The length of the protective cover with a compressed hinge is 65-75 mm for sedans and station wagons with GLA, GMA or GPA engines, 78-86 mm for other models, with an extended hinge - 100.0 mm.
