Headlight adjusting screws in cars manufactured before 1985
1 - adjusting the headlights vertically (up down);
2 - horizontal headlight adjustment (left-right)
Headlight adjustment screws on vehicles manufactured since 1986
1 - adjusting the headlights vertically (up down);
2 - horizontal headlight adjustment (left-right)
When adjusting the headlights, the following conditions must be met:
- tire pressure should be within normal limits;
- there should be only one person in the middle of the rear seat in the car;
- the fuel tank must be full.
The headlights are adjusted with the dipped beam on at night.
Place the car on a flat horizontal surface opposite a vertical wall or screen at a distance of 10 meters and adjust the headlights in accordance with Fig. Headlight adjustment diagram.
