General description and symbols on electrical diagrams

Electrical diagrams show all interacting current circuits.

The number in the arrowed box indicates the number of the corresponding associated wiring diagram.

The numbers in the connection points on the electrical diagram indicate the numbers of the current circuits in accordance with the DIN standard.

Main current circuits:
  • terminal 31 is connected to ground. Ground wires are mostly brown;
  • terminal 30 always has positive battery voltage (regardless of the position of the key in the ignition). Power is supplied by wires of red color or red with colored stripes;
  • terminal 15 receives voltage after the ignition switch is turned on. The wires for this terminal are black or black with colored stripes.

The fuses in the diagrams have a numerical designation in accordance with the numbering of the relays and fuses.

Plug connections are numbered with the letter C.

Permanent connections are numbered with the letter S.

Ground connections are marked with the letter G.
