1. Check the presence and reliability of fastening of the guide bushings A on the engine block.
2. Turn the crankshaft until all pistons are at the same height in the cylinders.
3. Install a new cylinder head gasket "Oben-top" up. Cylinder head gaskets are marked with teeth or holes, depending on the thickness of the gasket.
4. Install the cylinder head.
5. Insert the head bolts with washers and tighten them in a certain sequence with the required torques (see fig. Cylinder head bolt tightening sequence).
Attention! Be sure to use only new bolts.
6. Install the camshaft pulley.
7. Install toothed belt.
8. Further installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
9. Pour coolant into the engine.
10. Check engine oil level.
11. Check ignition timing.
