Elements of the engine lubrication system
1 - oil pump; 2 - gasket; 3 - oil indicator pipe; 4 - oil pressure sensor; 5 - oil filter; 6 - oil indicator with indicator; 7 - oil indicator; 8 - oil drain plug; 9 - gaskets; 10 - oil sump; 11 - oil receiver; 12 - gasket
1. Remove ground wire from battery.
2. Drain engine oil.
3. Unscrew the mounting bolts and remove the starter.
4. Unscrew the 2 screws securing the clutch cover and remove it.
5. Unscrew the bolts securing the toothed belt cover.
6. Unscrew the oil sump mounting bolts and remove the crankcase, gaskets and front (A) and back (B) sealing pads.
7. Thoroughly clean the contact surfaces, install the front and rear seals in the grooves and glue the gaskets with grease, the ends of which should be located on the seals.
8. Being careful, install the oil sump, insert the mounting bolts and tighten them to the required torque in two steps.
9. Tighten the screws securing the toothed belt cover.
10. Screw on the clutch cover.
11. Install starter.
12. Pour oil into the engine.
13. Connect ground wire to battery.
