Auxiliary dosing device

The auxiliary metering device damper should be open when the engine is warm and closed when the engine is warm.
The check is made on a cold engine.
Examination
1. Remove the connector from the auxiliary dispenser.
2. Start the engine and measure the voltage at the pins of the removed connector, which should be at least 11.5 volts. If there is no voltage, check the control relay and the electrical supply circuit.
3. Connect the connector and bend the hose from the throttle fitting, while the cold engine speed should decrease sharply. After the engine has warmed up, bending the hose from the throttle valve does not change the engine speed.
4. Turn off the engine, remove the connector from the auxiliary dosing device and measure the resistance at the device terminals.
5. If the resistance is infinity (winding break), replace the auxiliary dosing device and connect the connector.
