1. Remove the earth wire from the battery and the air filter.
2. Bend the fixing tabs, unscrew the 4 nuts and remove the air filter mounting plate.
3. Remove the wires from the automatic starter.
4. Remove fuel hoses.
5. Unscrew the 6 bolts securing the carburetor cover and, being careful, remove it.
