Removal and installation of the clutch cable

Withdrawal

1. Press the clutch release lever against the bracket, remove the retaining washer and bushing, and disconnect the cable.

2. Remove the left upholstery under the front panel. To do this, release 3 clips with a screwdriver, bend 2 tongues at the pedals and remove the upholstery.



3. Disconnect cable (1) from the clutch pedal with the toothed sector and move it through the hole between the pedal and the toothed sector (2).

4. Pull the clutch cable out of the partition on the side of the engine compartment.

Installation

1. From the side of the engine compartment, insert the cable into the bulkhead.

2. Connect cable to clutch pedal.

3. Connect the cable to the clutch release lever, press the lever against the bracket and install the bushing and locking washer.

4. Install the upholstery and secure it by bending the tabs and installing the clips.
