Withdrawal

Install the mirror glass with your hand all the way down. Insert a thin flathead screwdriver into the top outer corner of the mirror so that the blade of the screwdriver is behind the glass. Press the glass forward until the outer edge is free. In the same way, release the mirror from the inside. If equipped, disconnect the electrical connectors from the mirror (see fig. 11.43, 11.44).





To remove the mirror, remove the door trim.

Unscrew the screw securing the mirror trim and remove the trim with a narrow screwdriver from the door. At the same time, place cardboard or a rag so as not to damage the paint of the door (see fig. 11.45).



Using the lever, remove the mirror control unit. If present, disconnect the electrical connector.

Unscrew the 3 screws securing the mirror while supporting it from the outside. Remove the mirror.

Unscrew the 3 screws securing the mirror control motor (see fig. 11.46).

Installation

Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
