Withdrawal

Front belt on 3-door hatchback models

Using a lever, remove the decorative cover from the top anchor of the front seat belt. Unscrew the mounting bolt, remove the upper belt mount and gasket. Remove the bolt securing the lower seat belt anchor. Rotate the support towards the center of the car and remove the belt from it.

Unscrew a bolt of fastening of an inertial drum of a belt and remove a drum together with a belt.

Front seat belt on five-door hatchback, sedan, combi and van models

Using a lever, remove the decorative trim of the upper belt anchor Unscrew the fastening bolt and remove the upper belt anchor from the gasket (see fig. 11.64).



Unscrew a bolt of fastening of the bottom branch of a seat belt. Remove the trim of the central pillar, for which remove the door seals from it and unscrew the 2 screws.

Remove the 6 screws securing the belt guide plate and remove it.

Unscrew the bolt and remove the inertial drum from the central rack (see fig. 11.65).

Front belt height adjuster

Using a lever, remove the decorative cover from the upper anchorage of the seat belt. Unscrew a bolt and remove the top fastening of a belt with a laying.


Remove the B-pillar interior trim by removing the door seals and unscrewing the 2 screws.

Unscrew the screws and remove the belt height adjuster (see fig. 11.66).

Front seat belt buckle

Remove the corresponding front seat.

Unscrew 1 bolt and remove the belt buckle.

Rear seat belt on 3-door hatchback models

Using the lever, remove the decorative cover of the upper anchorage of the seat belt. Unscrew the bolt of the upper belt mount and remove the mount with the gasket.

Unscrew the bolt securing the lower belt anchor bracket, turn the bracket towards the center of the car and remove the belt from it.

Raise the rear seat cushion and unscrew the center bolt securing the seat belt (see fig. 11.67).



Remove the rear seat belt lower mounting bolt.


Unscrew the rear seat belt upper mounting bolt and remove the mounting with gasket from the rear pillar.

Tilt the rear seat back down and unscrew the 2 Tox screws. fastening back.

Remove the B-pillar interior trim by removing the door seals and unscrewing the 2 screws.

Remove the elements of the rear trim.

Remove the interior trim of the rear pillar.

Unscrew the 3 Tox bolts and remove the rear seat back latches.

Unscrew the inertial drum fastening bolt and remove it together with the belt.

Rear seat belt on five-door hatchback models.

Remove the rear seat cushion, unscrew the bolts and remove the seat belt center mount.

Unscrew the bolt of the lower fastening of the belt.

Unscrew the bolt of the upper fastening of the belt to the rear rack and remove the upper fastening with the gasket (see fig. 11.68).



Tilt the rear seat back down and unscrew the 2 Tox screws securing the backrest latch.

Remove the interior trim of the rear pillar.

Remove the 3 Tox bolts and remove the rear seat back latch.

Unscrew the inertial drum fastening bolt and remove it together with the belt.


Rear seat belt on sedan models.

Remove the rear seat cushion, unscrew the bolts and remove the seat belt center mount. Unscrew the bolt of the lower fastening of the belt.

Unscrew the bolt of the upper mounting of the belt on the rear rack.

Tilt the back of the rear seat down and remove the interior trim of the rear pillar. Unscrew the nut and remove the rear seat back latch button.

Remove the 2 Tox screws and remove the rear seat back latch. Remove the 3 Tox bolts and remove the rear seat back latch hanger. Unscrew the inertial drum fastening bolt and remove it together with the belt.

Rear seat belt on combi models.

Remove the rear seat cushion and unscrew the bolts of the central fastening of the seat belt. Unscrew the bolt of the lower fastening of the belt.

Unscrew the bolt of the upper fastening of the belt to the rear rack and remove the upper fastening with the gasket. Tilt the rear seat back forward and unscrew the 2 Tox screws securing the rear seat back latch. Remove the interior trim of the two rear pillars and the side trim of the trunk.

Unscrew the 3 Tox screws and remove the backrest latch installation (see fig. 11.69).



Unscrew the inertial drum fastening bolt and remove the drum together with the belt (see fig. 11.70).

Installation

Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Tighten all bolts of fastening of seat belts the demanded moment and check up their operability.
