Withdrawal. front seats
Attention. On vehicles with automatic seat belt tensioners, care must be taken when working with the tensioner, which contains a powerful spring in a compressed state. Use the safety clip to lock the spring.
Attention. On cars with a pyrotechnic drive for tensioning the seat belt, it is necessary to remove the negative terminal from the battery and start work no earlier than after 2 minutes.
Remove the interior trim opposite the front door opening. On vehicles with a spring-loaded automatic belt tensioner, install the clip into the mechanism (see fig. 11.58). On vehicles with a pyrotechnic spring-loaded automatic belt tensioner, disconnect the electrical connector located under the trim.
Slide the front seat all the way forward. Remove the rear seat bolts (see fig. 11.59, 11.60).
Slide the front seat all the way back, unscrew the bolts securing the front of the seat and remove the seat (see fig. 11.61).
Withdrawal. Rear seat cushion
Using a lever, remove the plugs from the hinges of the rear seat cushion. Unscrew the screws on both sides of the pillow and remove the pillow from the car (see fig. 11.62).
Withdrawal. Rear seat back
Raise up the back of the rear seat cushion. Tilt the rear seat back forward. Unscrew 4 hinge bolts (see fig. 11.63). Remove the rear seat back from the vehicle.
Installation
Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
