Rear door wiper

Withdrawal

Turn on the wiper and turn it off at the moment when it reaches its original position.

Attention. The wiper motor only works when the tailgate is closed.

Remove the ground wire from the battery. Remove the wiper arm. Unscrew the nut securing the wiper arm shaft bushing. Unscrew 8 plastic screws (early models), or 10 screws (later models) and remove the trim from the inside of the tailgate.

Disconnect the ground bar and electrical connector from the wiper motor. Unscrew the bolts and remove the wiper from the inside of the rear door (see fig. 12.67, 12.68).





If necessary, unscrew the 3 bolts and remove the wiper motor from the bracket.

Installation

Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
