Fuel lines

Quick couplings are used to connect the fuel lines.

Before disconnecting any section of the fuel system, depressurize the system and equalize the pressure in the fuel tank with atmospheric pressure by unscrewing the filler cap.

To disengage the clutch, squeeze the clutch locking tabs together and pull the clutch towards you. In order not to confuse the couplings during assembly, they are identified by marks of the same color.

To reconnect the piping, connect both halves of the coupling together and squeeze them until the locking tabs snap into the groove of the coupling half.

If it is necessary to replace any section of the fuel lines, it is necessary to use pipes and hoses similar to those previously installed.

Before disconnecting any part of the fuel system, pay attention to the direction of all hoses and pipes and the orientation of all clamps and brackets.
