Turbocharger — removal and installation

Withdrawal

Disconnect the ground wire from the battery.

Disconnect the air supply line between the air filter and turbocharger.

Remove the fuel filter bracket bolts and slide the fuel filter assembly aside.

Disconnect from a cover of a head of the block of cylinders the pipeline of removal of steams of oil.

Remove the air cooler.

Disconnect the vacuum line from the turbocharger.

Disconnect the oil inlet and outlet pipes from the turbocharger.

Disconnect the fasteners of the front exhaust pipe to the turbocharger.

Unscrew the nuts securing the turbocharger to the exhaust manifold and remove the turbocharger from the engine compartment.

Installation

Replace all gaskets.

Install and screw the turbocharger to the exhaust manifold with new nuts.

Connect the intake outlet pipe.

Fill the oil chamber of the turbocharger with oil and connect the oil inlet and outlet pipes to the turbocharger.

Connect the vacuum line to the turbocharger.

Install the radiator.
