Withdrawal

Attention. Protect the generator from diesel fuel.

Disconnect the ground wire from the battery.

Carefully disconnect the injection pipe connections from the fuel pump.

Carefully disconnect the injection pipe connections from the injectors. Disconnect the fuel return pipes from the injectors.

Unscrew the nozzles and install the protective caps on the atomizers Remove the thermal insulation washers (see Figure 2E.8) and wipe them off.

Installation

Install new thermal insulation washers with the convex side toward the cylinder head.

Insert the injectors into the holes in the cylinder head and tighten them to the required torque.

Screw the injection pipe connections to the injectors. Make sure the piping brackets are (anti-vibration) are in the required places.

Screw connections of pipelines of injection to the fuel pump Install pipelines of return of fuel on atomizers.

Connect the battery, start the engine and check the connections for leaks.
