Attention. Coolant is recommended to be changed on a cold engine.
Disconnect the ground wire from the battery.
Carefully unscrew the cap of the expansion tank of the cooling system.
Place a container under the radiator to catch the fluid from the cooling system.
Unscrew the drain plug on the radiator (see fig. 2E.40).
Unscrew the drain plug on the engine block located below the vacuum pump (see fig. 2E.41). Screw both drain plugs (in the radiator and in the engine block).
Unscrew the coolant deaerator bolt located in the upper elastic pipe of the radiator (see fig. 2E.42).
Pour coolant through the opening in the expansion tank. until it starts to flow out from under the bolt of the deaerator of the cooling system. Screw in a bolt of a deaerator of system of cooling. Fill the coolant up to the maximum level corresponding to the sign "MAX" on the body of the tank. Start the engine. Refill the coolant in the expansion tank to the level "MAX" Screw on the cap of the expansion tank.
Check the tightness of the cooling system connections.
