Removing and installing the CFJ

Withdrawal

Disconnect the battery from the vehicle electrical network.

Remove the air filter.

Disconnect the gas pedal linkage.

Place a container under the engine to collect the coolant and disconnect both elastic hoses of the cooling system.

Disconnect all electrical connections.

Remove the vacuum line.

Unscrew the CFJ from the intake manifold (pic. 2.133).

Installation

The CFJ petrol injection device must be installed in the following order:

Clean all sealing surfaces.

Attach the CFJ and tighten the mounting bolts to the correct torque.

Connect the vacuum tube.

Connect electrical wiring.

Connect the cooling system hoses.

Establish draft of a pedal of gas.

Connect the fuel lines and tighten the clamps tightly with screws.

Install the air filter.

Top up the coolant level in the cooling system by pouring coolant into the expansion tank until the level reaches the mark "MAX".

Turn the ignition on and off five times. Check the tightness of the fuel supply system.
