Removal and installation of the nozzle

Withdrawal

Disconnect the battery from the vehicle electrical network.

Remove the air filter.

Loosen the flexible fuel hose connection and wait until the pressure in the fuel system is relieved.

Disconnect the multi-pin connector plug from the valve (pic. 2.131).



Bend the lock washer and unscrew the nozzle mounting bolt.

Remove the adjusting ring and take out the nozzle.

Installation

The nozzle is installed as follows.

Install a new gasket lubricated with sealant.

Install the nozzle so that the mounting necks are in the correct position (pic. 2.132).



Install a new seal in the mounting ring.

Install the set ring and secure with a new bend washer.

Clamp the fuel wire connection.

Install the fuel filter.

Connect the battery to the car's electrical network.
