Removal and installation of the carburetor

Disconnect the ground wire from the battery clamp.

Remove the air filter.

Disconnect the air supply cover.

Disconnect the suction rod.

Disconnect the damper rod.

Disconnect fuel pipes.

Designate vacuum tubes and disconnect them from the carburetor.

Disconnect the valve that shuts off the engine idle (pic. 2.109).



Unscrew the four bolts "Togh" (pic. 2.110) and remove the carburetor.



The carburetor is installed in reverse order. At the same time, do not forget to thoroughly clean the seating surfaces and put a new gasket. When installing the suction rod, adjust the length of the suction rod so that the trigger gate opens fully and you can fully insert the rod into the guide.
