A special tool is required to bleed the brake system. The same device is used to change the brake fluid. The traditional method of bleeding the brake system by applying the brake pedal is unacceptable. Since at the same time such an important element for traffic safety as the main brake cylinder is overloaded.
Connect the bleeder to the expansion tank (pic. 6.15).
Pressurize the brake system.
Connect a clear plastic container with a clear plastic hose to the brake bleeder.
Open the bleeder valve and observe the flowing brake fluid. As soon as air bubbles stop appearing in it, close it by screwing the bleeder screw.
Perform these operations on all wheels of the vehicle (pic. 6.16).
Disconnect the tube from the compensation tank. Check the tightness of all bleeder fittings and put on the covers.
Bring the level of brake fluid in the compensation tank to the norm.
