The antenna does not require maintenance, but may be damaged in an automatic car wash and will need to be replaced.
SEQUENCE OF WORK
1. Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery.
2. Remove the radio and disconnect the antenna wire from its reverse side.
3. Using a thin screwdriver, carefully remove the interior lighting lamp from the roof upholstery, placing a clean cloth under the screwdriver.
4. Reject the three-wire bulb towards the windshield and secure temporarily with adhesive tape.

5. Through the opened hole, unscrew the screw that secures the antenna base, having previously marked the location of the antenna wire (pic. 16.18).

6. Pull out the antenna wire and remove it from the roof along with the base and rubber gasket (pic. 16.19).
7. Install the antenna with a rubber gasket on the roof and screw in the fixing screw by hand from the passenger compartment.
8. Adjust the position of the roof antenna and finally tighten the screw.
9. Further installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
