1. Loosen the union nut securing the brake hose to the brake pipe (pic. 14.15), then unscrew the other end of the hose. Loosen the nuts with a split ring wrench, holding the brake hose from turning with the second wrench.

2. Fastening of the majority of brake hoses on branch pipes is carried out by tape collars. When attaching the hose, do not forget to install band clamps.

3. When installing the brake hose, connect the male side of the hose first, then secure the other side with the union nut.

4. Do not install kinked brake hoses. For inspection, the hoses are provided with strips along the entire length of the hoses.

5. Remove air from the hydraulic drive of the brake system.

6. Make sure the brake hose does not touch the moving parts of the front suspension (pic. 14.16). Recheck after a long drive.
