Dismantling
Raise the rear of the vehicle securely on a level surface. Remove the wheels.
Remove the rear caliper as described above.
Knock off the wheel hub dust cap with a suitable chisel. If the cap is damaged, use a new one during installation.
Unscrew the hub nut.
Remove the hub. Be careful not to damage the A8S sensor ring.
Remove the ABS sensor (arrow).

Remove fixing bolts (arrows) axle pins.

Drill out the rivets - remove the mudguard.
Installation
Mount all structural elements in reverse order. Tighten the axle trunnion fixing bolts to 66 Nm.
When dismantling, the ABS sensor ring must be free of metal residues.
Tighten the wheel hub nut to 235 Nm while rotating the wheel hub in the opposite direction.
