4-door variant, 5-door variant and "station wagon"
1. Disconnect the lower element of fastening of a seat belt.
3-door variant
2. Disconnect the lower element of fastening of a seat belt.
- 1. Remove the hex bolt from the fastener rail.
- 2. Remove the seat belt from the fastener rail.
All cars
3. Detach the top trim panel of the rack "IN".
NOTE: Some factory trim panels have a mounting clip installed on the leading edge.
- 1. Disconnect the mounting clips.
- 2. Turn out a bolt and remove a washer of the lower element of fastening from a belt of a seat belt (showing 4-door variant, 5-door variant and "station wagon").
- 3. Pass the seat belt webbing through the top trim panel of the pillar "IN".
4. Disconnect the top element of fastening of a seat belt.
4-door variant, 5-door variant and "station wagon"
5. Remove the lower rack trim panel "IN".
3-door variant

NOTE: The screws are located behind the seat back and under the seat cushion.
Remove the bottom trim panel.
- 1. Remove the bottom screw.
- 2. Remove the top screw.
- 3. Disconnect the front clips.
- 4. Disconnect the top clips.
All cars
7. Detach the waist guide loop.
- 1. Pull the waist guide loop back.
- 2. Pull the waist guide loop down.
- 3. Detach the waist guide loop.
8. Remove the seat belt retractor.
- 1. Turn out a bolt.
- 2. Raise and remove the retractor from the locking tab.
Installation

CAUTION: Make sure the gasket is properly positioned between the floor mat and the inside of the door sill.
CAUTION: Make sure the post is in the correct position on the post trim "IN" in the height adjustment mechanism.
CAUTION: Before tightening the hex bolt, ensure that the rear end of the fastener rail is correctly positioned (in 3-door version).
To install, follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
