Inspection and verification
1. Check the validity of the customer's complaint.
2. Visually inspect for obvious signs of mechanical or electrical damage.

3. If there is an obvious cause for a noted or received complaint, address that cause (if it is possible) before moving on to the next step.
4. If the cause is not visually obvious, check the symptom and refer to the Troubleshooting Table.
