Window lifter and front door window motor

Withdrawal

1. Remove the front door trim panel. See Section 501-05 for more information.

2. Remove the side impact protection reinforcement.



3. Disconnect the speaker from the front door panel.



4. Remove the speaker.

• Disconnect the electrical connector.

5. Disconnect the door latch release handle from the front door panel.

CAUTION: Do not touch the surface of the adhesive as this will prevent re-adhesion.

Disconnect the seal from the front door panel.



7. Disconnect the window open relay "one touch" from the front door panel.



8. Dock the power window switch electrical connector.



9. Turn out clamping bolts of glass of a window of a forward door.

• Align mounting bolts with holes.

10. Disconnect glass of a window of a forward door from a regulator.

• 1. Hold the front door window glass at the top of the opening.
• 2. Lower the regulator.

CAUTION: Make sure there is adequate support for the door window glass.

Using suitable hooks, secure the front door window glass.



12. Disconnect the power window switch electrical connector.




13. Disconnect the front door window regulator motor electrical connector.

• Disconnect the wiring harness from the clamp.

14. Remove a regulator and the electric motor of a window of a forward door. Remove the screws.

Installation

1. Reinstall all elements in reverse order.
