Withdrawal

1. General notes:

• Remove the rear side panel and bottom trim panel before beginning repairs.
• Move flooring and electrical wiring away from work area.

2. Rack outer panel «IN»

• Cut locations (through both panels).

3. Remaining flanges

• 1. Place of cut.
• 2. Remove remaining flanges.

4. Remaining flanges

• Place of cut.

Installation

1. Inner rear side panel

• 1. MIG welding.
• 2. Perform a puddling weld.

2. Rack «IN»

• Before installing a new spare part, weld the seat belt reinforcing panel.
• 1. MIG welding.
• 2. Perform a puddling weld.

CAUTION: Use sealed porous two-component material.

Soundproofing

• Styrofoam fill connection between rack «IN» and bottom trim panel.
