Front drain hose sunroof — removal and installation

General equipment: Suitable lanyard, minimum two meters long.

Withdrawal

1. Remove the headlining. See Section 501-05 for more information.

2. Disconnect the drain hose from the sunroof.



3. Detach the lower rack trim panel "A" from the rack "A".

NOTE: Left drain hose.

Disconnect the electrical connector of the auxiliary junction box. Turn out a bolt.

NOTE: Left drain hose.

Disconnect the auxiliary junction box from the rack "A".

• 1. Unfasten the clip.
• 2. Disconnect the connection box.

NOTE: Right drain hose.

Disconnect the auxiliary junction box from the rack "A".

• 1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
• 2. Press down on the clip.
• 3. Disconnect the connection box.

7. Attach a suitable length of lanyard to the end of the drain hose adjacent to the sunroof and secure the free end of the lanyard to the vehicle.

8. Remove the front drain hose.

• Pull the drain hose down through the rack "A".

Installation

1. To install, follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
