Withdrawal

1. General notes:

• Remove the lower trim panel trim, door window, trim panels, inner fender, seat cushion, rear seat back, seat belt, door seal, and striker before starting repairs.
• Move flooring and electrical wiring away from work area.

2. Rear side panel

• 1. Remove the seal mounting panel.
• 2. Places of cut.

Installation

NOTE: Apply two-component metal adhesive immediately before installing a new replacement part.

Rear side panel

• 1. Using spot welding, weld the backing strip along the cut edge and make a continuous MIG weld.
• 2. Apply two component metal adhesive.

2. Rear side panel

• 1. Make a continuous MIG weld.
• 2. Make an intermittent MIG weld.
• 3. Perform a puddling weld.
• 4. Crimp the connection of the wheel arch sections and spot weld.
• 5. Install the seal mounting panel.
