Withdrawal

1. General note

• Before repairing, remove the rear side panel and the panel for mounting the lamps with reinforcement.

2. Remove the reinforcement of the lock panel



3. Inner rear side panel

• cut (open spot welds).

4. Reinforced inner rear side panel

• 1. Place of cut
• 2. Mill the spot welds (to a depth equal to twice the thickness of the panel).
• 3. Remove the remaining flange on the top reinforcement.

Installation

1. Reinforced inner rear side panel

• 1. Perform MIG welding.
• 2. Ream existing holes to 5mm (to a depth equal to the thickness of the panel) - then puddling.
• 3. Pudding welding (to a depth equal to twice the thickness of the panel).

2. Reinforcement of the lock panel

• Alternatively, the lock panel reinforcement can be welded to the rear side panel.

3. Install the seat belt retractor console.
