Withdrawal
1. General notes:
- Depending on the nature of the damage, it is also possible to perform a sectional replacement of the rear side panel (see Operation 44 513 0).
- Remove the following items: bumper, tail light, tailgate seal, air vent holder, door window, trim panels, inner fender, seat cushion, rear seat back, seat belt, roof bar protector, lower trim panel and striker castle.
- Move flooring and electrical wiring away from work area.
- Notice the replacement part cutout in the bottom trim panel.

Installation
1. General instructions:
- When replacing the right rear side panel, apply flange sealant around the tank opening area before installing it.
2.
NOTE: Apply two-component metal adhesive immediately before installing a new replacement part.
Rear side panel
- 1. Make a continuous MIG weld
- 2. Perform a puddling weld.
- 3. Apply two component metal adhesive. Attach the wheel arch flare and spot weld.
- 4. Using spot welding, weld a backing strip under the cut edge and make a continuous MIG weld.
3. Seal mounting panel
- 1. Make a continuous MIG weld.
- 2. Perform a puddling weld.
