Withdrawal

1. General notes:

• Move flooring and electrical wiring away from work area.

2. Back panel

• Separate the spot welds and fold up the weld flanges.

Installation

1. Back panel (at both sides)

• Bend the welded flange inwards.

2. Back panel

• 1. Press on the left side of the tailgate under the welded flange.
• 2. Tilt the upper right side of the rear panel forward and from below press it under the welded flange bent upwards.

3. Back panel

• 1. Fold back the welded flanges.
• 2. Perform a puddling weld.

4. Back panel (at both sides)

• 1. Bend the panel flange back.
• 2. Perform a puddling weld.
