Withdrawal

1. General note

• Before repairing, remove the tailgate panel with cross member, rear side panel, lamp mounting panel, lamp mounting panel reinforcement, inner rear side panel and inner wheel arch section.

2. Floor panel

• 1. Place of cut.
• 2. Remove remaining flange (cut out from underneath).

Installation

1. General note

• Make a MIG weld from under the overlap between the spare wheel well and the rear floor panel.

2. Floor panel

• 1. Perform MIG welding.
• 2. Perform a puddling weld.
• 3. Weld the support beam for the spare wheel well.
• 4. MIG weld the lug of the fastener.
