Upper arm (15 701 0) — removal and installation

Withdrawal

1. Remove the wheel and tire assembly. See Section 204-04 for more information.

2. Set the hanger to the calculated height. See Section 204-00 for more information.

3. Disconnect the upper arm from the wheel knuckle (shown "station wagon").

NOTE: To facilitate subsequent installation, mark the position of the upper arm.

Remove the upper arm (shown "station wagon").

Installation

All cars

NOTE: Final tightening of the rear suspension elements should be done at the calculated suspension height.

1. Connect the upper arm to the cross member (shown "station wagon").



2. Install the upper arm (shown "station wagon").



3. Lower the suspension out of its reference height position.

3-, 4-, 5-door version

4. Connect the anti-roll bar to the rear lower arm.



All cars

5. Install the spring. For more information, refer to the chapter Spring available in this section.

6. Install wheel and tire assembly. See Section 204-04 for more information.
