- The ignition is on.
- The headlights are off.
If the daytime running lights are on, the parking lights, taillights, and license plate lights are also on.
Inspection and verification
1. Check the validity of the customer's complaint.
2. Perform a visual check for obvious signs of mechanical or electrical damage.
