Headlight support bracket repair

Replacement

1. Remove the headlight. For more information, refer to the Headlight Removal chapter available in this section.

2. Remove the headlamp outer bracket.

• Cut the bracket along the marked line.

3. Attach the headlight outer bracket.

• Insert the new bracket into the guide.

NOTE: The bolt hole is already present and becomes visible when the bracket is cut off.

Install the new headlight bracket (continuation).



5. Replace headlight center bracket.

• Cut the old bracket so that the cut line is flush with the top edge of the hole.

6. Attach the headlight center bracket.



7. Replace headlight inner bracket.

• Cut the bracket as shown in the picture.

8. Attach the headlight inner bracket.

• Fix the bracket with the screw.

9. Install the headlight assembly.

10. Align the headlights and check their operation. For more information, refer to the Headlight Alignment chapter found in this section.
