Locations for jacking
WARNING: Always park the vehicle on a hard, level surface. If the jack is supposed to be used on a loose, loose surface, special padding blocks should be placed under its supports. Always place a wedge under the wheel diagonally opposite from where the jack will be placed. Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury.
WARNING: It is not recommended to jack up the vehicle under the rear suspension cross member or raise it in this manner. If the vehicle has been raised by the cross member, make sure the jack or lift is centered. Failure to follow this instruction will result in deformation of the corresponding cover, which will weaken the cross member.
Before starting any repair that involves the use of a jack, it is important to fully understand the following instructions. It is important to always use only the correct jacking and support points for the vehicle.
The vehicle can be raised by placing a floor jack under the lower trim outer panel and propping it up with vehicle axle stands. The location is indicated behind the removable cover (in the presence of), the mark in the outer panel of the lower trim indicates the place where the jack should be located. If possible, use an appropriate gasket to avoid damage to body paintwork.
Vehicle lifting
WARNING: The vehicle must not be jacked up by the lower trim outer panel.
