Withdrawal
1. Raise and support the vehicle. See Section 100-02 for more information.
2. Remove the mudguard of the crankshaft pulley.
3. Using a suitable knife, cut the accessory drive belt and remove it.
Installation
NOTE: Install a new accessory drive belt.
1. Using paint or correction fluid, mark the crankshaft pulley in position «6 hours».
2. Install the installation tool (supplied with spare parts) on the crankshaft pulley to position «6 hours».
3. Put on the accessory drive belt.
- 1. Put the belt on the alternator pulley.
- 2. Put the belt on the power steering pump pulley.
- 3. Put the belt on the water pump pulley.
- 4. Put the strap on the installation tool.
4. Make sure that the accessory drive belt is correctly positioned in the grooves of the pulleys.

NOTE: The engine should only be turned in the normal direction of rotation of the crankshaft.
Rotate the engine until the mark made in the paint is in position «8 ocloc'k».

NOTE: The curved end of the tool fits around the strap and the curved end of the tool fits around the bracket.
Install the belt guide tool (supplied with spare parts) accessory drive belt and alternator support bracket.

NOTE: The engine should only be turned in the normal direction of rotation of the crankshaft.
Rotate the engine until the mark made in the paint is in position «3 hours».
8. Remove the setting tool from the crankshaft pulley. Discard the installation tool as it is no longer needed.

NOTE: The engine should only be turned in the normal direction of rotation of the crankshaft.
Rotate the engine another 360 degrees.
10. Check that the accessory drive belt is correctly positioned in the pulley grooves.
- If the accessory drive belt is skewed, repeat the installation procedure.
11. Remove the belt guide tool from the accessory drive belt.
- Discard the belt guide tool as it is no longer needed.
12. Install the crankshaft pulley mudguard.
13. Lower the car.
