WARNING: Brake fluid contains polyglycerol esters and polyglycerol. Avoid contact with eyes. Wash your hands thoroughly after handling brake fluid. If brake fluid gets into your eyes, rinse your eyes for 15 minutes with cold running water. If irritation persists, seek medical attention. If brake fluid is swallowed, drink water and induce vomiting. Seek immediate medical attention. Failure to follow these rules may result in injury.


WARNING: If brake fluid comes into contact with the paintwork, the affected area must be washed immediately with cold water.


1.
CAUTION: Do not contaminate the brake fluid reservoir cap.


Remove the brake fluid reservoir cap.

2. Using a suitable syringe, pump out the brake fluid from the brake fluid reservoir until the fluid level drops to the MIN·mark.



3. Remove the dust cap from the nipple to bleed air from the clutch slave cylinder.




4. Using a special tool, remove air from the clutch system.
  • 1. Fill the special tool reservoir with approximately 100 ml of new Super DOT 4 brake fluid.
  • 2. Connect the reservoir hose to the nipple to remove air from the clutch slave cylinder.
  • 3. Release the nipple to remove air from the clutch slave cylinder.
  • 4. Pump approximately 80 ml of brake fluid into the clutch system.



5. Tighten the nipple to remove air from the clutch slave cylinder.



6. Remove the special tool.


7. Install the dust cap on the nipple to bleed air from the clutch slave cylinder.



8. Check the fluid level in the brake fluid reservoir and add Super DOT 4 brake fluid if necessary.

9. Establish a cover on a tank of a hydrodrive of brakes.
