Inspection and verification
1. Check the validity of the customer's complaint.
2. Perform a visual check for obvious signs of mechanical damage.
Visual Inspection Table
Mechanical factors:
- Visibly damaged or worn parts
- Loose or missing bolts and nuts.
3. If an obvious cause of a problem you identified or described by the customer is found, correct the problem before proceeding to further action (if possible).
4. If the problem is not visually obvious, check the symptom and refer to the Troubleshooting Table.
