Replacing the tailgate opening limiter

You will need: TORX T40 wrenches and «on 10».

1. Raise the glass and remove the upholstery of the rear door (cm. «Removal and installation of an upholstery of a back door»).

2. Remove the rear door window regulator (cm. «Replacing the power window rear door»).



3. Turn out the screw of fastening of the limiter to a rack of a body …



4.... unscrew the two nuts securing the limiter to the door..



5.... and remove the limiter through the technological window in the inner panel of the door.

6. Install the tailgate opening limiter and all removed parts in the reverse order of removal.
