Rear door glass replacement

You will need a socket «on 10».

1. Raise the glass up to the stop.

2. Remove the upholstery of the rear door (cm. «Removal and installation of an upholstery of a back door»).



3. Peel off the plugs of the two technological holes from the base of the wiper.



4. Holding the glass, turn the back through the technological holes..



5.... and the front screws securing the glass clip to the power window rocker.

WARNING: Be careful not to drop the cage mounting bolts inside the door, otherwise you will have to remove the power window to get them out of the door cavity.

6. Remove the inner..



7.... and outer window sills, overcoming the elastic resistance of their latches.



8. Having tilted the glass back, remove the front groove from the groove of the door frame..




9.... remove the end of the groove from the door..



10.... and remove the glass from the door by pulling it up and turning it in the doorway, as shown in the photo.

11. Establish glass of a back door and all removed details in an order, the return to removal.
