Removal and installation of a rotary fist

1. Remove the trim cap and loosen the hub bolt.

2. Raise and place the front of the vehicle on stands. Remove the wheel.



3. Finally turn out a bolt of a nave.



4. Separate the steering knuckle and shock absorber (cm. «Removal and installation of a shock-absorber rack»).



5. Remove the brake caliper without disconnecting the brake hose from it (cm. «Replacing the caliper assembly with the guide pads»), and tie, for example, to the front suspension spring, avoiding tension or kinks in the hose.



6. Press the ball joint pin out of the steering knuckle boss (cm. «Ball joint replacement»).



7. Remove the steering knuckle assembly with the front wheel hub by pulling the shank of the outer CV joint of the front wheel drive from the hub.

8. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.

9. Check and, if necessary, adjust the wheel alignment. Use the services of workshops with special equipment.
