Removal and installation of a broad tank

You will need: pliers, a container for draining the coolant.

1. Drain the liquid from the cooling system (cm. «Coolant replacement»).



2. Loosen the clamps securing the two steam hoses and the liquid hose by squeezing their bent ears with pliers, slide the clamps along the hoses and remove the hoses from the expansion tank nozzles.



3. Overcoming the tension force, remove the front..



4.... and the rear lugs of the expansion tank from the body brackets..



5.... and remove the expansion tank.

6. Install the expansion tank in the reverse order of removal.

7. Fill with coolant (cm. «Coolant replacement»).
