Replacing the rear support suspension of the power unit

The rear support 1 of the suspension of the power unit is a non-separable unit, consisting of a steel cage and a rubber cushion. With bolt 2 it is attached to bracket 3 on the gearbox, and with bolt 4 it is attached to the cross member of the front suspension.

You will need: wrench, socket head «at 15».

1. Place a secure support under the gearbox housing or hang the power unit with a lifting mechanism.



2. Turn out..



3.... and remove the bolt securing the rear suspension support of the power unit to the bracket on the gearbox.



4. Turn out..



5.... and remove the bolt securing the support to the front suspension cross member..



6.... then remove the support.

7. Install the rear powertrain mount in the reverse order of removal.

NOTE: Pay attention to the labeling of the support. Get a new support with the same marking.
