Removal and installation of a door

Withdrawal

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Turn out screws of the limiter of opening of a door. On the front door, it is fixed with two screws, on the rear - with one (see fig. 15.2, a, b).



3. Disconnect the electrical connector (s) turning counterclockwise. There are two slots on the front door, one on the back (see fig. 15.3).



4. Pull out the latches from the axes of the upper and lower hinges (see fig. 15.4).



5. Ask an assistant to support the door. Knock out the hinge pins with a beard (see fig. 15.5, a, b).



6. Carefully remove the door from its hinges.

Installation

7. Installation - in the reverse order of removal. The latch should be symmetrical with respect to the lock. If necessary, adjust its position before tightening the screws.
