Upholstery and carpets should be vacuumed regularly. If they are heavily soiled, they must be removed from the vehicle for cleaning or washing and dried thoroughly before installation.
The seats and interior panels of the vehicle should be wiped with a damp cloth. If stains appear on the upholstery, they can be removed with liquid detergent and a soft brush. Remember to clean the head restraints regularly in the same way as the upholstery. When using liquid detergents inside the car, do not over-moisten the cleaned surfaces. Excess moisture can remain in the seams and cause unpleasant odors in the cabin.
If water accidentally gets inside the interior, especially on carpets, it is necessary to thoroughly dry the interior, and especially the carpets. Do not use oil or electric heaters for this purpose inside the vehicle.
